What’s the difference between a coach and a personal trainer?
Coaches and personal trainers are slightly different but they both have a vital role in your progress. While personal trainers can help in the controlled environment (gym, group fitness facility, etc.) a coach can help onsite (on a training ride or run, etc.). Trainers usually charge by the hour while coaches usually charge by a longer time period, although most quality coaches are available on an hourly basis as well.
